If you're interacting with LLMs in #laravel and haven't used #Prism yet, get on it. I just played with the structured data output and holy heck is it good. If you need to ask an LLM to do shit and get back a good, machine readable response, absolutely worth playing with.

Shout out to @michaeldyrynda . Pulling an event like this together is never easy. Upending it and moving it to a whole new venue, and going twice as big as ever before and doing it with style is something else. How he has time for everyone on a day like this is astonishing.

5/ The actual response after half an hour of online chat, and me again rejecting the suggestion that I should verify my own information with the government department that issued the certificate I'm reading it off? "I'll have to escalate that to technical support".

4/ "Oh sorry, I can see we were expecting A but you entered B. Could you try entering B?" OR."Oh weird, I'm not sure why the system rejected that in automatic verification, but I can see from your supporting documents that that's correct. Let me update it for you manually".

3/ for the issue. I reach out to customer support anyway, and provide a digital copy of my business registration certificate from ASIC, extract from the ABR with my details. At this point, I'd expect the appropriate response to be EITHER.

2/ "If you continue to have trouble, please contact your local tax authority or applicable government entity, where the business is registered, for more assistance." NO! What a poor customer experience - your system is rejecting this information, so YOU should provide support.
