Patrick Kelly has smashed the Mid Ulster AC 10K road record this morning in Manchester at the Salford 10K by running 31:56 to come home in 8th place overall ๐ Patrick is now the club record holder at 10K, Half Marathon, and also on the track over the 3000m Steeplechase!

Ronan Bloomer has today improved his Indoor Heptathlon PB by a massive 1034 points to finish first in the Leinster Senior Indoors with a total of 4317 points! This moves Ronan into 26th Irish person all time for this event.
