Ashlea Hills presents our findings on ICU mobilisation in patients with diabetes. High-dose early mobilisation can be harmful, but what does "usual care" mean for outcomes? Excited to take this to publication! @chodgsonANZICRC #ICURehab #CriticalCare #DiabetesCare

Glad to see that respiratory care is still a key component of ICU physio roles. Yes mobility is important, but not possible in all, & physios have many skills to optimise ventilation & secretion clearance although confidence varies greatly across the country!.

Excited to share our latest publication! Despite early mobilisation being key, physiotherapists prioritise respiratory care for ventilated patients. Standardised guidelines and support for regional centres are needed.@JWood_PT .
