Strengths strengthen you...weaknesses weaken you. Seems pretty straightforward, until you look at how it can be convoluted by what I am good and not good at. I have to also LOVE doing what I am good at for it to be a strength.

This is so very important. I see my younger family members struggle with being able to balance work and kiddos--especially in the summertime! Quality daycare is not just a smart investment for the NOW...it's exponentially smart for the kids for their (and our) futures.
The #AmericanFamiliesPlan & #AmericanJobsPlan invest in the caregiving economy because it is critical to building an equitable workforce. Today in Eau Claire, WI, I visited Days Gone By, a daycare that shows us the impact accessible, quality child care can have in a community.
