Every entrepreneur I talk to who is in the early stages understands this one thing 👇 The game is 99% mental There are way more hard days than easy ones Every problem is your problem Very few days off And even with that...I can tell you it beats having a boss at a shitty job

Cold emails have to be short and sweet. Remove: > Links > Attachments > The long-winded paragraphs Instead: > Use plain language. > Keep it less than 70 words. > Make your offer, risk reversal and social proof clear. Simple scales.

I wish someone told me this sooner… The fastest way to scale a B2B SaaS is knowing when to hire. Hiring for your weaknesses so you can focus on your strengths. For technical Founders, it will be partnering with a marketing wizard. Impossible to lose.

I've been working from the road for 7 weeks Here's 7 lessons from nomadic work-life 1) Manage your damn calendar Put everything on it so you know when you'll be available 2) Always talk in the timezone people are in If you don't know, be explicit "how does 2pm est work for

People want to FEEL like you're speaking to them. So a generic, copy and pasted message won't work. You NEED some sort of personalization. Here's 3 ways I do it: Mention their: 1) Niche 2) Job title 3) Case studies

Take charge when it matters At a key moment in the sales call you MUST lead the prospects to the next step How? 1) Get agreement the product/service is a need 2) Schedule follow-up call with decision-makers Do NOT leave the call without a scheduled follow-up

Only reason you should NOT do outbound is if you're selling a product that doesn't genuinely help other people/companies. And if you don't, then there's no way you can't book demos with enough volume through LinkedIn, calling or email.

Why cold outreach will help you get high-quality leads for your SaaS: Targeting. You get to choose who you want to work with. Build a list of 1,000s of prospects who you can GENUINELY help and let them know about your service. It's impossible not to book demos if you do this.

If you're limited in what you believe you can do, then that's what you can do. Which is why you need to believe in yourself and set bigger goals Or hire someone who can help you think bigger Don't get stuck with self-doubt

I don’t know who needs to hear this but… If you have to gaslight yourself into believing it’s a good idea It’s probably not

Stop trying to close your customers on the 1st call People buy when they are ready If you are persuasive, you can speed up the timeline BUT You CANNOT force them to do something they don't want Deliver value Provide proof points Follow-up until they tell you NO
