Excellent listen on what’s required to prep physically for the season. The best part of having @catapultsports on FB and @titansensor with WSOC is knowing the workload of preseason practice. We use intentional conditioning in the Summer to help “weather” that workload storm.
“You’re not just thinking about speed, power, strength, something that’s isolated by motor abilities or qualities. You’re thinking systemically, how am I creating the best integrated system of a player that I can?”.

Grateful to share a few things we get to do at HU 💪🦬. Extremely well planned and organized clinic & without a doubt worth it! . Coaches, put this on your radar for next year‼️.
I planned on posting more during the clinic, but got busy and was taking too many notes. Thanks so much for those that made it out to the Big Country Strength and Conditioning Clinic. I enjoyed getting to meet all of you. I look forward to doing it again next year. If you were.
