Portland, I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I moved to PDX when I was just 20 years old. I had dreams of being in the NBA and there I was, a young man, fulfilling my dreams and taking care of my family playing a game I love.
You know what. I’m just going to say it.. I’ve become (at times) embarrassed to be a white privellaged male in this country. The bullshit hatred and racism has GOT TO STOP. I just don’t understand. I was raised to love all people. RIP George Floyd and many others.
#IVEHADENOUGH
As soon as things start to get “a little better” .... Come on people, seriously... STAY THE HELL AT HOME. I should say more, but I’ll stop there. Just do what’s right.
Today, I listened to my heart. I felt an overwhelming amount of emotion as I stood there during the National Anthem. My brother, and many close friends have sworn to protect this country at all costs, and that means something to me, as does the flag and our nation.
Very proud to announce that I am joining
@FaZeClan
!! As many of you know, gaming is a huge passion of mine. I am excited to be a part of the premier organization in the space and continue building my brand in the world of gaming/esports.

#7
.. Truly blessed and thankful to do what I love. Thanks to my teammates, staff, family, friends and fans for an amazing year. 🙏🏼🔨
I STAND.
.
I STAND FOR the men and women, like my brother who have served this country.
.
I STAND AGAINST the violence and riots in DC.
.
I STAND in solidarity with my teammates and brothers.
.
I STAND AGAINST bigotry, racism, and hate.
One caption won’t do it but let me try. Traded for the first time in my career.. Fell in love with the
#Culture
and
#HeatNation
.. This year taught me a lot about myself as a man and as a player. I’m thankful to have been welcomed with open arms into the
@MiamiHEAT
organization.
Yoooo
@TTfue
Happy Birthday. Here’s a photo of you realizing what a 7 footer looks like IRL and
@Symfuhny
looking at our shoes jealous af. Live it up 🤝🔨🎉
Shout out to all of the fans in Miami / Heat Nation. Just ran into a super cool guy who just welcomed me backup the team/city. Sometimes it’s the little things. Thanks to everyone! 🙏🏼🤝🔨

I sure as hell wish I was on the floor competing with my teammates and grinding to get better.

I am incredibly bummed that I won’t be back in Portland tonight. That city & organization hold a very fond place in my heart. To everyone that’s always believed 🙏🏼🌹❤️
I will never quit. I persevere and thrive on adversity. My team expects me to be physically harder and mentally stronger than my enemies. If knocked down, I will get back up, every time.
I was raised to love everyone. No matter the color of their skin. What’s going on in America right now is sad and in some cases, makes me angry. But how can I actually be upset? African Americans are racially profiled and judged continually in this country.
I had the honor to shake Kobe’s hand before my first ever NBA game. The man was a legend and that is a moment I will never forget. Prayers to his family and friends. Life is fragile. 🙏🏼
Absolutely disgraceful. You are a coward. Shut your dumb ass mouth and find something nice to say about someone. Mental health is INCREDIBLY important and people should be honest. By the way.. it doesn’t show weakness. It does the opposite. God Bless Dak and his family. 🙏🏼🤝🔨
Dak Prescott’s brother died in April of an apparent suicide.
Dak battled depression.
Dak showed courage and bravery to maybe help someone who is afraid to speak up.
Skip Bayless has ZERO COMPASSION because Dak plays QB in the
#NFL
and showing weakness.
Wow.

I truly do believe that God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers. I’m blessed in so many ways and I will come back stronger from this. Thankful for a successful surgery and for everyone’s continued support. 🙏🏼❤️🔨
My brother joined the
@USMC
because of 9/11. When he left for the first time, I remember feeling scared & lost because he was like a father figure to me. Our father’s birthday was 9/11. He passed when I was 6. This day is never easy. God Bless America❤️🇺🇸
I can confirm. I can also confirm this was my status this morning. The thought of being outworked was not one I enjoyed. Jimmy is setting a new standard and I love it.
Consider it done. My wife and I would love to help this class and their teacher come to a Trail Blazer game. Can’t wait to have them at the Moda Center cheering loud and proud.

Our baby Bella is gone to a better place now. 2/18/13 - 12/25/17. I’m not sure words could ever describe how much you meant to us. You were truly an amazing dog that brought us nothing but pure joy and happiness. We will love you forever Bella. RIP baby girl. ❤️
To all of my teammates, coaches, staff, media, the Trail Blazers organization, the fans, and to the city of Portland, THANK YOU. I truly gave this city my heart and soul and I sincerely hope I left you a better place and team because of it.
I enjoy gaming when I have down time and I’ve always been a big fan of
@CallofDuty
.. Today I unlocked “Damascus” by perfecting and completing the challenges of every gun and weapon (including pistols, launchers, riot shield and combat knife) in the game. 🤝🔨🔥
The kid flat out WORKS!! Confidence is off the charts, due to his work ethic and mindset. Not scared of the moment. Great listener as well. He wants to learn and get better every single day.
Heat’s Erik Spoelstra on rookie Tyler Herro (37 points in ECF Game 4 win over Celtics): “Everybody overestimates what you can do in a day and they underestimate what you can do in months of work, sweat and grind when nobody is watching.”
I became a man in Portland. I married my amazing wife in Portland. I feel that I helped create a culture in this organization that is built to last. I am incredibly thankful for each and every opportunity that has come my way for the last 7 years of my NBA career.
My Twitch community has been incredibly loyal to me.. I’m thinking I give away at least 3 signed Miami Vice Hammer jerseys today on stream... Thoughts?
I’ve learned that my life isn’t about me, even on my birthday. It’s about my wife, my family / friends and impacting others. I’m blessed and thankful to be where I’m at in life and it’s just that simple. 🙏🏼🤝🔨
The average fan will look at that Illinois game and see something totally different than reality. We didn’t shoot well, Chattanooga is a good team, it takes a lot to come back from 2 large deficits.. and lastly.. It’s survive and advance.. Good test Round 1

Order of importance when moving to Miami. 1. Elle and Meyers find a house. 2. A basketball hoop for Elle. 12 makes in a row, alternating left & right hand. Incredible. 😍🏀🔥
