How has DPD managed to send my parcel to some random home that I can’t recognise from the picture? Someone now has a £500 bit of kit sat in their home and DPD have said they can contact me on December 19th at the earliest

@virginmedia I got through to your helpdesk in the end who said that it would be resolved this morning. Still nothing.

It started working, so after 5 mins I felt safe and hung up the call that I was still on hold to, only for it to stop working again a minute after dropping the call. This is an actual nightmare at this point.

Just so you’re all aware, I dined peacefully in my bedroom last night.

Ok now I have one saying it’s available to be picked up from the shop now. This really isn’t great service considering I’m disabled and now have to try organise getting somewhere to pick this up as your guys can’t be bothered delivering to the delivery address.

@DPDgroup_news 2/2 I then got in touch over the phone and was told the driver was going to re deliver within 60 mins, 90 mins went by so I called again and was told it would be delivered to my house soon. I’ve now received a text telling me to pick up from shop tomorrow. Wtf guys
