From a 0-5k start in Jan to our first 10k race! Here’s the fellas before and after at the @StAlbanStriders #SummerSolstice2019 10k yesterday. Great race, great marshals, great atmosphere, great performances! And the @AthenaStAlbans ladies were there too! ☺️

Asked our runners whether they wanted a hill session or an 8k run tonight. we've not done a hill session for months, they've voted hills even though they know it'll be challenging! Very proud run leader here! 🙋🏻♀️☺️@frankie_nicks.

Today was mostly about me and a mini trampoline! Completed the #bouncemarathon 5 sessions of ((BOUNCE)) in one day! 💥💪🏻⭐️ Loved it even though it was a 6.30am start! ☺️
