6 months ago we advertised for volunteers to help us out at gigs and events. We hit the jackpot with Hana Lou, Connie and Alice and they have been doing us proud representing Metal for Life NI at local gigs and helping us out with our services. Great to have them on board 🤘❤️

Through our charity, @metalforlifeni, we are determined help our Metal community feel hopeful about their lives and give support when it's needed. We provide free, confidential peer support, without referrals or waiting times and it's been an immense support to many.

Mental ill health and suicidal thoughts can affect anyone. All it takes is one or two life events or situations that the person can’t see a way round, or no longer has the energy to. But there is always hope and there is so much support available.

6 years ago, we lost our son, Dani. We love him and miss him continually. Our loss is a constant reminder of the devastating pain that mental ill health brings.
