So we looked into more armor variations, and asked ourselves the question: if the Ashikaga and Eisen Gard (oldest and most influential gangs) MIGHT’VE sponsored some gear for our coppers. Maybe the laws are there to keep the highest powers in place perhaps? Definitely.

These were the initial (but unused) designs for the ECPD. We couldn’t keep to the barebones security and mall cop standard, and SWAT gear wouldn’t even take a beating from the most budget of augments. We had to delve in deeper.
