TL;DR: Deploy on exotic chains only if: - There’s a solid grant deal - You can escape later without wrecking the product If you don’t need grants — then where should you go? That’s for the next post 👀 @_indigonico

So — 3–4 months exclusivity? Fine. Longer? Nope. Always plan your exit: make sure you can migrate later (especially easy if it’s an EVM L2 — LayerZero and similar bridges help).

✨Grants✨ Smaller ecosystems often pay you to deploy. If you’ve got connections and zero budget — that can be your move. But read the fine print: these deals usually come with exclusivity. You’ll be locked there for months. If the chain dies, you die with it.

Yeah, Hedera has cool tech here and there. But no real technical advantage for the project. Liquidity? 10–100x lower. Ecosystem? Way smaller. User base? Don’t even ask. Still, there is one valid reason to launch on such chains. Just one.

This post came after a call with an RWA project. They started on Ethereum (makes sense: big liquidity, solid infra, battle-tested) Later partners updated their business model and Ethereum transaction costs became a problem. Ofc the next question popped up: ok, where we should go?

🛣️ Once and for all — which chain should you actually launch on? Yeah, I know. Overused topic. But we still get asked this all the time — and honestly, the answer isn’t always obvious. Let’s narrow it down to EVM chains — that’s where 99% of founders get stuck anyway.

What’s especially cool is that this isn’t your typical “just a pretty JPEG with no meaning” kind of project. The funds from the NFT sales go toward improving the area around the memorial: parking, walking paths, and accessible infrastructure.

Now where do we come in? Each physical rabbit is 3D-scanned on-site, and based on that scan, an NFT is created. That’s where we stepped in and helped Sergey bring his vision to life. We provided full consulting on web3 and blockchain, and developed the smart contract.

Since 2018, he’s been transforming a natural slope into a massive stone memorial: carving 1,000 unique rabbits into the rock. Each one is impossible to replicate or copy. The sculpture isn’t just an object — it becomes part of the landscape and a place of attraction.
