I was building new communal residences. I dont see this brand being able to make me a living and a waste of my time after learning all of this, so ive decided its in my best interest to change lanes. I will be leaving this account open but will be converting my mthcenter account.

Another major trigger for me is prolonged exposure to the sun, most ppl get suntans, i have a severe allergic type reaction that causes hives that burn and itch for days. The only relief is ice/ice packs. These reactions have caused me to no longer be able to work as normal.

Most smells and voc's are also triggers, one of my worst triggers are second and third hand tobacco. I believe the sudden worsening of my reactions from smoke was because i had to work around smokers constantly at my job, it gives me headaches,nausea, causes anaphylactic shock

This disorder affects every part of the body that is debilitating. The reactions vary by the individual and the triggers can be caused by many things in everyday life that we normally wouldn't think about. You may have it and don't realize it. Here are some trigger foods.

After almost dying four times the past few months from anaphylactic shock and suffering for the past few years with severe allergy like reactions from smells,the sun and food not knowing what was wrong with me I finally have a diagnosis. Mcas, or mast cell activation syndrome.
