Winds will subside by Thursday evening. There are two chance for rain this weekend. The first is Saturday morning and it looks weak. The second is more powerful and that system arrives Sunday afternoon, It will then pull in cold air next week.

After the howling wind on Thursday, Friday is looking quite. We have another rainmaker heading our way Saturday morning.

West winds will ramp up after midnight and be very gusty around sunrise, Winds will slowly diminish Thursday morning.

Tracking a line of downpours in western Mass that are capable of producing gusty winds. So far nothing looks severe but we'll continue to monitor the line. These will be off shore by around midnight.

Showers will move through Wednesday night and that leads to a very windy Thursday morning. It warms a bit toward the weekend but it also means rain. Not a washout but most likely morning showers on Saturday and evening rain and wind on Sunday.

Winds could gust 50-60mph Wednesday night thru Thursday morning. Because of that potential a High Wind Watch has been issued, This will probably be upgraded to a warning sometime Wednesday.

Looks like another wind-maker on the way. The breeze will pick up Wednesday night and winds will howl Thursday morning. That may have some impact on the morning commute.
