It's been a challenging few months, and I want to thank my wonderful colleagues @PenguinIndia for keeping going, and our great family of authors and readers, who have never left our side. We have published some fantastic books through the ongoing pandemic, with many more to come.

Sad news: the iconic Hindi writer Krishna Sobti passed away this morning. She didn't live to see her last novel 'A Gujarat Here, A Gujarat There', which we were due to publish in just a few weeks, on the 18th of Feb, which would have been her 94th birthday.

'A compulsively readable whodunit, as fast-moving as a mystery novel, which at a whole deeper level offers profound observations about caste and sexuality in rural India.' @BarbaraDemick on @Soniafaleiro 's intimate, mesmerising new book. #ComingSoon in January 2021.
