I didn’t even realize you can price deals at this deep of discount in Canada. $KCP.V Precious close at $0.98. Prices it at $0.60 with full warrant at $0.98. Meanwhile the stocks trades almost $60m worth of value at $0.77 since beg of Oct. Tough to trust management on this one.
