Just found out that the ward clerk, who can organise the whole world, do obs, take bloods and take care of every jnr dr without breaking a sweat isn't allowed to use the colour printer because she hasnt been on the training course for it. It's the most nhs thing I've ever heard.

Today on my last Med Reg shift of ST5 I've hit 900 clerk ins. Here is a list of all the presentations I have seen since st3 and the number of patients with that presentation.
