@MelissaCole I have these poppets! Demiere Belgian, stainless steel saucepans, the best! They have a solid steel sandwich base. 40 years old, and gleam like they were bought yesterday! Their FAB lip ensures they do not drip down the side! Joy! ๐Ÿบ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿงโค๏ธ

@MelissaCole Oh exciting. I did a little oyster and beer tasting once in Reykjavรญk. Got some barley wine and sour ales and then paired it with tempura and deep fried oysters, as well as raw ones. It was so much fun, but then again... The barley wine did get me quite drunk.

@MelissaCole So jealous! We really enjoyed the Sharps 'secret bar' that did this a couple of years ago and have thought much more before pairing since. Also as I can't tolerate wine we substitute it with Beer/Ale etc. in a lot of recipes as well, eg stews or with mussels, seaweed and bacon.๐Ÿ™‚
