Made my mother in law a cake for her big birthday, combining her two favourite cakes in one - chocolate and coffee & walnut. Made coffee imperial stout cakes, nut liqueur ganache in middle, and a walnut flavoured buttercream icing, minor mishap on the journey but we got there 😁
