If you told me that the Yankees wouldn't make the World Series but they would fire Boone and Cashman as a result, I might take that trade-off.

Now that I've slept on it, this Yankees team was never really that good and we were lucky to get this far. The offense was Soto and Judge then pray. Most of the roster are a Frankenstein's monster of Cashman's mistakes/bad gambles. Sadly, this team will be worse next season.
