"I want to commend both lawyers for fine arguments, and the motion is denied." After the jury left, Judge Altonaga heard final argument on Milagro's Rule 50 motion for judgment in her favor, then rejected it. Everyone is back in court at 9 a.m. tomorrow. I'll be there.
