Nice for staff to spend some time off the ward today, providing them with information on managing stress and wellbeing whilst completing their staff surveys ☺️🎉.
We are holding our staff survey drop in and also giving staff information about welling being and managing stress as today is #NationalStressAwarenessDay .Come and see us in the matrons office for a chat, survey and nice brew 😁

Today we held our first band 6 development day here at woodview, we covered a range of topics and some guest speakers to support us! .Hopefully our staff feel more informed and confident and continue to flourish in their roles. Thankyou to everyone who attended 🫶
