Day 20 and 21: A full day at the Blue Lagoon yesterday, and today we head home. Thanks 🇮🇸!.

Day 19: Another glacier day - this time we explored an ice cave dug into Langjokull glacier.

Day 18: Another very rainy and windy day, so we visited a shark museum to learn how hákarl (fermented shark) is made.

Day 17: A rare day of sunshine. Our bus driver told us the news said this has been the rainiest and windiest May in over 100 years.

Day 16: One quick hike up a volcano in torrential rain this morning, and then we scrapped the rest of the day’s planned stops due to the weather. But last night we stayed at a hostel that was also a sheep farm!

Day 13: Not as many stops today due to gale force winds. We drove through a dust storm to get to our next hostel.
