5: Absolutely disappointed with this type of customer service after getting charged for 3 months upfront. I hope @petrocanada and @petro_canada can help me get this issue resolved or get my money back.

4: Fast forward to today, we can't use the card in app or we haven't received any card in mail. The service has been an absolute nightmare and I am stuck in winter season without an option to wash my car in heavy snowfall days.

3 : After those vague answers, the rep hung up on us 3 times. And the last time we were able to connect with them, the rep told us I can reactivate your old card itself in the app. She also added that I'll get a physical card in mail. Fast forward to today,

2: Again we tried to call service center and they replied by saying there is no solution by hanging up the call. Again on next day we called them and explained the whole situation for almost an hour. The representative wasn't able to give us solution and gave us vague answers.

1 : I lost my car wash season pass on January 20, 2022. I requested the customer service centre to block my card and reissue the other card. After few days I received a card which wasn't under my name and which was already registered to someone else's account.

I have leaved my hotel @12.30 am to board the train, till than no updates about train.. Here at station each 30 mnts they are revising schedule. @ this time also not confirmed when it arrives!!! Can you please let me know exact time?

@sureshpprabhu @WesternRly Can you explain me the reason why the train no. - 19201 is 7hrs late as I am boarding from Pune arrival time of the train was 2:00am but the train will be arriving at 9:10am. Please reply as soon as possible

@RailMinIndia @MeetMehta007 @irctcwestzone @PiyushGoyal See here Absolute silence by IRCTC. I believe Authorities are fully aware of over charging. I will not be surprised if full fledged unbiased investigation done & it may follow some punishment for few corrupt ppls.

@RailMinIndia I am Meet Mehta traveling in train no. 12906 Howrah porbandar exp, 12 nov,2017 and my pnr is 6607593257. The food offered by catering service are taking double the charges of food. Kindly see to it.
