Ellicottville Happy 5k! Hubby had another flare up with his foot and ankle and hasn’t run much at all. He was feeling OK today so he went for it and we took it as easy as he needed. Of course it’s uphill at the finish so that was the worst part. 🎉 #running #medalchasers
