Sitting here, bored, no running for a few more days, the body needs some time to recover. I feel brand new, but I know I need to rest, it wouldn't take much encouragement for me to get the shoes on and bang out a few kilometers.

My daughter gets to vote for the first time today. She's done her homework and knows who to vote for. My, how they grow up fast. I'm abroad and unable to vote, but herself just happens to be voting for my preferred candidate. This one's for our nature and the environment 💚

Up at 5.30am for a 6km slow, low effort run. One more 4 or 5km on Friday to keep the legs moving and that's another marathon training block complete. Thoughts on Sunday and another Dublin City Marathon...... we'll worry about that on Sunday 😂 #running #run #DublinCityMarathon

A nice short 16km this morning, in an absolute downpour. A couple of really short 5/6 km runs this week before another Dublin City Marathon next Sunday.
