Urologist Dr. Marah Hehemann @MarahHehemannMD warns patients of the possible negative impact of finasteride on s*xual function, both at higher (for BPH) and lower doses (for male pattern baldness). There is a 5–10% chance that the drug will affect s*xual function.

@MeTooPropecia I took this drug prescribed by my dermatologist when I was almost (not yet) 18 years old. Ive got serious problems with my erections and I could not have sex at such a young age. It was almost 15 years ago. Now Ive been diagnosed with azoospermia and I cant become father.
