Crying in lab because this is what I fought for when I was there but it didn't happen then (2016) but I'm so proud of the organizers and the workers for getting it done now! #UnionStrong
WE WON! This week, over 2000 Penn grad workers cast ballots. After eligible votes were tallied, the final count was 1807 to 97. It's official. The majority of eligible voters turned out to the polls. Penn graduate workers have resoundingly declared: WE WANT A UNION AT PENN!

Extremely disappointed in my alma mater but not surprised at all that Penn is so blatantly anti-union. The existence of their corner of academia is dependent on overworked and underpaid graduate workers. Keep up the great work @GETUPgrads !! 💪

So I emailed again asking for clarification since my account was still banned so I could not preorder Horse Ranch... And got this response several days later. At least it's more clear. Idk what they mean by 2 investigations, but my account is banned. (8/n)

Now that last email was so unclear, I thought (nicely) that they had unbanned me with a warning and obviously I would never try to do a chargeback with EA ever again. I was wrong. (7/n)

I dispute the ban through EA's site, again explaining the reason for the chargeback and pointing out that I have spent 10x that amount prior. I receive this generic and unclear response a week or so later. (6/n)

Now, I don't actually have time to play very often so it was weeks before I logged in again, intending to buy the Book Nook kit, and found my account was banned with no access to the store or the gallery. The gallery being my absolute favorite part of the Sims4. (5/n)

After a long email chain with support, I get this final message stating I was not eligible for a refund. They would not respond to further messages on the case, so I filed a chargeback with my bank and my bank agreed I had received no product so gave me my money back. (4/n)

She already had 2/3 of the packs included and she called me and said the app wouldn't even let her redeem it at all. So I bought her a different set and sent EA an official refund request for the first set, assuming since it hasn't been redeemed it would be fine (3/n)

May 7, I wake up early, and groggily buy my mom a mother's day present of a sims 4 multi-pack directly on the EA app to her account (yes I was a week early) but i misread a text from my dad where he looked at what packs she had (2/n)
