Spoiler free review of #TheRingsOfPower - It lacks focus, vision, or a purpose for existing. Feels like it was forged of a focus group and tempered by network notes. It wants so badly to have heft and gravitas but is so bland as to lack any weight whatsoever.

Twitter makes me feel old and ugly. When did attractiveness and popularity become a core aspect of the #ttrpg community? I was one of those kids bullied for not fitting in; for playing D&D. I’m happy kids today don’t have to suffer that. But what we have isn’t entirely better.
