This is criminal behavior for a travel site to take your money and not provide the goods you’ve purchased. While I was on another flight, @AskAmex charged my card without my permission for another return flight. When I complained, they said they’d file another global complaint.

In March I purchased tickets for my family through @AmericanExpress travel. I got to the airport and @AmericanAir said 3 of 4 of us didn’t have tickets. I’ve had to pay $3,500 for last min tickets for my family. Amex is telling me I have to wait 2 months for them to “investigate”.

My @AlaskaAir flight was cancelled over an hour ago as we stood at the gate. We are still waiting for them to give us our bags. I’ve had MVP status for years, but I’m about to break up with you Alaska. This is unsat.

Today I went to @REI in Seattle. The associate in the fitting room told my sister and my kids to leave an area because it was only for paying customers. When we told the manager, he looked at us with a blank stare as he stood in front of a “Black girls bike” sign. #SeattleRacism.
