The Powering Safe Communities Program has delivered nearly $2 million in funding to more than 240 different safety and clean energy projects since 2015. 2025 projects address pedestrian and driver safety initiatives, public AED accessibility, and EV charging infrastructure.

Previous grants awarded include a range of projects including traffic and pedestrian safety equipment, fire or police equipment, electric vehicles and charging stations, automated external defibrillators, and emergency weather sirens.
