This morning, we officially welcomed the brand-new @Tesla Collision Center to Glendale! Located right next to Luke Air Force Base, this state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology to provide faster service, top-quality repairs, and convenient access.

Today we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month at the Academy of Math & Science in Glendale. It was a wonderful gathering with a salsa tasting contest, a live mariachi band, and games for the children.

At dawn this morning, the Miles for Mentorship 5K took off at @StateFarmStdm. The 5K supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona. I had the honor of speaking to the runners before saying ‘Ready, Set, Go.’ Best of luck to all of the participants today.

At last night’s Council meeting, I was proud to present the 2025 Ruth Byrne Historic Preservation Award to Martha Cole, appoint Chrioni Turner to the Commission on Diverse Cultures, and confirm Chad Heywood & Jack Pritt as City Judges. Congrats to all!

This morning, I joined the @GlendaleAZPD to cut the ribbon on their new Property and Evidence Building. As our city continues to grow, so has the need for expanded storage and enhanced evidence processing capabilities. This state-of-the-art facility ensures both.

Last week we officially kicked off Oktoberfest, with members of the Bavarian Brass Band from our sister city in Memmingen, Germany. We are so thankful for our partnership with our sister city. Thank you to Glendale Sister Cities for putting together this fun event.
