Today we celebrated the opening of the new Dixie plant, a $425 million investment, which is the single largest investment in our city’s history!. This project was my first major industrial recruitment as mayor, and seeing it come to life is truly special.

The @CityofJacksonTN City Council met this morning. One of the items approved was the Purchase/Sale Agreement for Airways Motel. This starts the City's due diligence stage. If all goes well, the motel will become the City's Temporary Men's Homeless Shelter on December 2.
