I’m a day late posting, but the low country boil at the lake was amazing. My new cooker did a great job.

When I built my deck at the lake six years ago, I could still see at night. I finally broke down and bought some light kits for my fans. I put in Wi-Fi LED lightbulbs. Tonight‘s theme is Mardi Gras.

I made this last weekend at the lake. I think I overcooked them so today I did the same thing and adjusted my cook time down by 30 minutes. I’m absolutely infatuated with these pork belly burnt ends.

Got the color I like. Going in with brown sugar, honey, and a shit ton of butter. This should make them tender AF
