There is no end to the abyss, only when you say it does. We can walk the path where we choose the colors to the numbers, appreciating the ones before us, or merge a new colour into existence while appreciation the ones before us.

Our eyes are remarkable painters. We can picture anything. The moment we stare into an abyss, is the moment we can enter the tide and decide the reach of the wave, make it a tsunami if it serves us or make it a tiny one if it doesn't. ->

Hereby you be the energy you want to attract. The people you meet reflect back your belief jn yourself. The circumstances you go through will be experienced with wonder and acceptance and the most beautiful part of it all you love

So that the relationship you have with yourself is somewhat kind, probable loving and most certain okay with not being okay during change, during hardship, during confusion and anger. To seek out that place within you were you are your friend, teacher, therapist and lover.

To be is to let you grip go on the identity that is yourself. To embrace the ever lasting nature of chabge and to accept the desires as the greedy nature of desire.

Well just as i said at the beginning of this thread. The Buddhist were on to something.. in broad sense understanding the nature of self, the mind. To break it down a litte, as much as i can phantom: desire, no-self, permanence and impermanence. Dukkha, Anicca, Anatta.

Just to establish. There is in no means that their is something as to convey "western" because if you life in the western world we are part of it. That leaves the question: what do we do to live happy?

It seems to me that the western is trying to enhance technology, to ease the pressure of work- 9to5 jobs, the pressure of the hedonic treadmill. But it counterintuitive does not so.

So I want talk about Buddhism and how those beautiful people were on to living happy and content before the car was invented and the computer came on the market. Now with Ai rapidly enhancing, and the suicidal rate on man growing.

Einstein said: you have two ways to live your life... You are in awe of nothing. Or you are in awe of everything. We are ignorant creatures by nature. So knowing that I don't know is one of the rules I life by. I choose in awe of everything. Wbu?

Part of me is like.... Overwhelmed by all the choices. The other part is celebrating myself for going on the journey. I choose the last one. Life moves for me and with me.

In the morning: Go on a walk, get some sun, and move your mind through focused work. In the afternoon: Go to the gym, read a book, and socialize your mind through conversation. In the evening: Wind down, reflect on the day's lessons, and empty your mind through rest.
