Having more data on oneself, such as which books read in childhood, will allow (if the opportunity is taken) to have higher understanding of self & the #PsychologicalPath (perhaps identifiable in #NeuralPathways) one could take to either end up at the same mentality or avoid it.

...other #WalksOfLife, #perspectives, & #socioeconomics, enhancing our #empathy & #understanding of #ComplexTopics & #ComplexProblems. This is counter to a #belief I held in the last few years that the push for #longevity & #progress only is increasing the stresses on the world.

...Becoming #MoreMeta individually & as communities is the way #society and out genetics itself change, and to do this becoming a more #GlobalIdentity that is united in its differences/variance would be more possible if individuals were "forced" to become aware of & experience...

Perhaps #LivingLonger will eventually help us become a #MoreEnlightened & #MoreEvolved species, as it could afford us to have a minimum (mandatory) real-world experiences/#careers requirement. Although #school is essential until adulthood, #adulthood could have its own version...

#Journaling + #NLP = software tool for assisting #psychological #therapy - why is this not a thing already? Has there been research going into how a therapist could be trained on using such tools to help understand an individual and diagnose faster/more acurately?

..In a relationship, for e.g., psychological skills can improve on &/or avoid behaviors/outcomes (i.e. when a logical person has to work with 1 committing fallacies). But this will not improve the decisions of an (equal) team, so logic skills are more important than psych skills.

Of course, most people including yourself will not be 100% logical. Thus, understanding fallacies is most useful through your own #internal processes, to decipher what info consumed to #trust & how to make #decisions. Psychological understanding is for internal & #external.

...It's similar to reading #ScientificPapers & being able to tease out which findings are actually sound enough to cause you to change your stance on a topic. There are less sound #findings but all should be #published (even though this doesn't always occur cuz humans decide it).

Logic should be the primary philosophy topic that people learn about because it applies to everyone & all situations. Then one can further go on to learn psychology & other phil concepts that help people feel & think better. Then math & natural sciences perhaps. But logic 1st! 🖖

...The concept of logical fallacies was not 1 that I was unaware of but having a proper list solidified the #epiphany I had, which I feel (not stating I think this, though technically I have to think to feel as both are linked processes in a central nervous system 😝) is true...

Today I found possibly the most important #wiki I have ever seen. The reason? #Logic is behind math, philosophy, psychology, and even physics. It is the single factor that we claim sets us apart intellectually from all other known life. #LogicalFallacies: https://t.co/gFjMgwx3NG

It's intersting how the brain can manifest things in different ways. I think the obsession I have of uniqueness, creativity, & novelty all stem a bit from genetics, but much more from what I was told by my grandfather from a young age (a man striving to do what others couldn't).

A #SchoolRequirement that would likely be exponentially useful to our societies: a #logic, #fallacy, #reasoning, and #CriticalThinking class. #InternalBias #Illogical #Irrational #Thoughts

When looking for #BalancedPerspective or #WellRounded #feedback on something, probably the imoortamce of factors to cover across a #spectrum are: 1st = #emotional vs #rational / #gender 2nd = #conservative vs #liberal psychology 3rd = #culture / #race 4th = #age / #experience

But is it worth the extra time/energy, materials, labor/exploitation, environmental impact, money, and risk of trying to buying the next-best clothes? Maybe we should be teaching children to experiment & try styles/materials/fits to find their liking, but then having a cutoff...
