Most importantly, kidney function is ok, with GFR of 90ml/min, and blood pressure is well controlled with 80mg of telmisartan. Would you treat this stenosis? Or request additional info? I don’t think this lesion fits data from trial. Thanks in advance for your help and advise!.

IVUS suggested an old organized thrombi, with a “honeycomb” appearance, as cause of the pressure loss. Left renal artery, both iliacs and coronary arteries are angiographically normal (no evidence of FMD)
