4/ Czechia is part of the EU, but it is not part of the eurozone. That means no Euro CBDC and no Christine Lagarde. Last month the Czech National Bank became the first central bank to buy Bitcoin. That's how seriously Bitcoin is taken here. 🏦

3/ Clear Bitcoin-friendly laws. Long-term hodlers (+3 years) are exempt from paying capital gains tax on their bitcoin. Personal income tax also is also on the lower end for Europe sitting at 23%. Property taxes are next to none.

2/ Safety matters. A lot. 🔧 We are at an ATH in wrench attacks. Fortunately, Czechia is consistently ranked among the safest countries in the world. There's no substitute for good OpSec, but a low crime rate brings a ton of peace of mind.
