Do something similar to this in rugby when I try to get players to decide on which shoulder to hit with, by throwing plenty of traffic at them with a late cue to find; I then reduce the time frame the better they execute. In essence the decisions gets later & later #pressure
More problemsolving work, the objective w/ this 1v2 setup was to limit the amount of time the athlete had to make a decision&effectively read the opponent to complete their task.The def task was to react to the athlete that grabbed the ball & obtain 1 of their flags. #uofstrength

I’d rather have an athlete that is overzealous or ‘too aggressive.’ You can tame a lion and put him in the circus, but you can never make a butterfly a predator.
