New paper alert in @ACSSynBio! Here, we designed receptors that sense peptides in 3D gels and showed that cellular activation only occurs in peptide-patterned (red) regions, as seen by their glow from the fusion of two GFP halves. https://t.co/zUzEBQSVbl @RowanUniversity
