It is not an opinion that Zack Wheeler is the best pitcher in baseball. The numbers don't lie, and the eye test isn't too shabby either. Wheeler is getting better in 2025, and this might finally be the year he gets rewarded. @MetroPhilly

The Phillies have selected Vanderbilt RHP, Cody Bowker with their 3rd round selection. Bowker has an above average fastball but below average grades on his secondary pitches. Seems more of a project than the others. They have now drafted 3 college starting pitchers.
