It’s been 20 years. My heart still breaks for Matthew Shepard. It breaks for every young boy or young girl whose life is cut short because of who they are. I will never stop fighting for them.

Today I explained the story of Matthew to my 13 year old. Her response " That's terrible and I hope it never happens again, why people think a certain why I'll never understand"

There really aren’t any words. Not any that can really help the parents and family. Or that can stop an ignorant and rigid population from their own insecurities and fears‼️ Heartless

My biggest reasons for helping to introduce EFT (tapping) into homes & schools, to teach children & teens compassion, kindness, love, joy, happiness. To help with stress, anxiety, bullying etc so kids can flourish being themselves.

So I ask all those who think sexuality is a choice..why would people endanger themselves like this?
