My first year in office I cut operating costs by 23%. As I wrap up my term as Auditor, total spending at our agency (including operating costs, personnel expenses, and equipment) is down 4.3% compared to when I started. #mtpol

Over the past four years we've reviewed regulations at the Auditor's office and repealed two administrative rules for every new rule created. In total: 55 repealed, 27 new, 112 amended, and 5 transferred. #mtpol
