Made a lapel pin/cufflink sized model of our team logo and of the MLR ops term. I'm going to have the logo printed in brass and see how that goes. If it goes well my cufflink game will be STRONG.

Boom. Now that is a chair. Going to leave it unglued and unwedged for a week or two of sitting to do minor tweaks and make-pretty. Then glue up and paint.

Yeah, I missed that angle by 5* in the reclining direction, but it still feels stable. Pairs nicely with a Summer Shandy.

I do most of my woodworking with #handtools but I routinely used 3d printing for custom jigs. Like here, on the left, where I have a 1" stick at a 25* incline that won't clear the arm. Five minutes in CAD and I've got a custom clearance marker at the right angle.

The "make pretty" stage is where I'm going to address all the wonky tapers on the sticks, right now I just needed it to fit together and not split. On to the back rest and the back sticks tomorrow!

Almost ready for a dry fit of the mortises. The arms are for high because they're balanced on there- the tennons are still a little tight.

It makes me so, so happy that my neighbors ask for veggies from my garden. Every time I give away heads of lettuce and bags of snap peas and jars of picked radishes I feel just amazing.

I *really* had intentions to do more this afternoon, but the veggie fried rice I made for lunch was too damn good to not have a send helping. Ugh. Now I'm going to have to nap it off in the hammock.
