two sonnets in The London Magazine, which traces its roots back to 1732. Hooke's Law was the first poem I workshopped in my MFA back in 2017. Time was written in my week at Community of Writers in 2019

#BreadAndCircuses Come click my headlines. Hurry, quick! This time it’s urgent. Though you’re sick of #problems, you’ll still stare. I profit. I don’t really care. Repeat the things you’ve done...

4 (four) poems out in Descant! Including: -a sonnet which was the first thing I wrote after sending all my mfa apps in and which I still have memorized -light lunar verse -a golden shovel on both sides from emily dickinson (written at CoW!) -a hamlet-esque persona-ish soliloquy

The opening poem of my manuscript is now live at @ALitReview! It's something of an overture that introduces some of the images, language, and ideas that appear throughout the collection.
Our Fall Issue is now live! Including works by @MattMonizPoet, @WattersonCass, @me_goyette, and more! https://t.co/ZHXehoPJzj

I have a poem about Koko the sign language gorilla in the new @susurrusmag, including audio of me performing the poem. This was the last poem I wrote before leaving DC for my MFA - as a kid I was really interested in these kinds of ape studies. 🦍🐈 https://t.co/8KpUyEut8h

Last week at AWP, I was finally able to grab the latest issue of @lostpilotslit, whose editors were kind enough to include two of my poems. This is a cool newish print indie poetry mag with free subs, cool editors, and a broadside as dust jacket. Support small presses like them!

I was in a workshop with Sharon Olds a few years ago where she commented on another poet's use of transforming images. I wanted to try that kind of thing out for myself, which eventually resulted in this sentimental poem.
