Señor James Fraser pushed me to run and helped me grow as a runner. Steve Prefontaine made me fall in love with running. Señor died last year just shy of 87. His celebration of life is tomorrow. Pre died 50 years ago today, far younger. Love them both, this weekend and always.

Wrapped up spring race season Sunday with the Blossom Time Run. Three minutes and change faster than last year. That happens when temps are, like, 12 degrees cooler.

The Indy Mini is a great race. More than 14,000 runners this year, loads of course support, the middle 2.5 miles are *on the @IMS track*, the straightaway finish is designed for a long kick ... 10/10 would run again -- and next year is the 50th! Thanks, Jason!
