Grasping just how good a $6k a month 🇺🇸 player in Europe is, grasping the type of upside/talent a player has to be to get an NBA Exhibit 10 contract, & how to differentiate between these 2 types of players is worth having a grasp on for more people in the 🏀 space in the 🇺🇸.

🏀 Camp SZN: the annual reminder that being able to dribble & being a ballhandler are different things. Ball slaps, figure 8, & dribbling through cones = foundational (at best). The Real:.Ball reception/location.Combative Off-Arm .Posture.Foot Cadence.Reps w/ Live Defenders.

Feels like everyone in 🏀 should *at least* be rethinking if traditional shell drill, 3-man weave, layup lines from the 45, and dribbling through cones etc… are really the best methods for development & teaching. Rigid structures for practice for an unpredictable game?.

Off-Season Opinion:. “Wake Up & Grind” Mentality is foolish. The dietary, sleep, hydration, recovery, pre-workout routine, and workout content choices matter far more than if a workout is at 6am or 6pm.
