Years?!? I’m lucky to get a months out of farm store batteries. But they replace them free of charge and then I do the same thing 9 months later.

New tires need time to cure. The timeline from when they are taken out of the mold to put on a vehicle is now only a couple of weeks most of the time. Used to be months or years.

The tire company that made the 60 year old tire is out of business cause they only sold you one tire. The new company gets to sell you new tires every couple of years.
