I almost always fly @Delta but flew @AmericanAir to Cancun.Every flight moved, and every flight back (we stopped in DFW) was delayed 30+ mins. Some over an hour. For such a large brand, how is this always thing? Flying @AmericanAir = block your whole day and prep to be screwed.

Even better, I can’t believe how condescending all but one of your agents have been. Unreal. I really hope someone @AmericanAir can make this right.

So @AmericanAir I’ve been on the phone for 3+ hour now, with a problem. Been hung up on 2 times by two “supervisors”. Prices changed on me WHILE checking out from $247 to $365. WTF. @Delta @SouthwestAir @united who wants to fly my family to Mexico?
