In 2019 when I got back into darts, my biggest thing I always said was. Darts isn't marketed as well as it should be. Now it is, for the most part, and brands are seeing the benefits of it.

Darts is at a point now where it is so marketable that prices will and have increased purely because brands know they can get away with it. People don't like it because its new but look at other sports. Top of the line football boots are pushing £300+

Anyway, this is only collection one. I really hope in the 2nd launch there are at least 2/3 sets in the mentioned £40-70 price range. I think many people are disappointed that they can't afford or justify buying some sort of dart from this range.

Anyway I've bought a set of Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader darts, they'll be up on my ebay for £5k later if anyone wants them

even some fancy brass darts at like £25 wouldn't have gone a miss here I don't think. Expensive for what they would be yes but just something for the younger audience who from what I saw were very excited about this launch.

Prices are absolutely nuts, but I also get it at the same time. The darts are unreal mostly as collectors items but the cheaper ones are throwable too I guess (but why would you?) Shame there isn't a dart in the £40-70 range though, especially for kids etc.

Summary: Is it the best boards on the market as Mr Cornwall said on the podcast? I dont know, it needs more testing. Is it a good board? Yes. I think it does hold up with other market leaders. Would I recommend? Yes, price depending but usually mission stuff is well priced.

The board does have a mission branded backing as seen on the TOR and Triple core although it just feels like thick paper so nothing performance related. Also is supplied with screw in board levellers/holders like those boards too.

Wiring is pretty flush to the board, better than previous also. Not a fan of white wires especially on black segments, also already starting to see a chip or too of the coating. My board was the "white edition" so will assume there will be a black/natural wire version as well
